Learning Opportunities

Fair Judges & Volunteers Training - is Saturday, March 24th and Sunday, March 25th in Coeur d' Alene, ID. Judging School classes relate to foods, still (crafts, sewing, quilts, arts), and horticulture. Superintendents' classes include exhibit/building presentation, entry issues, livestock issues and more.

The WSU College of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital will hold an Open House on April 14, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Festivities will include guided tours, canine fun run, and informative presentations. Booths will provide information ranging from exotic animals to equine anatomy and more! Groups planning to attend can contact Abbie DeMeerleer (509)335-5107) by March 15th can suggest topics to be covered or arrangements for tours. PDF Flyer

4-H Enrollment

4-H enrollment is open throughout the year!!!

  • Some clubs may close their enrollment for the year for safety and educational management reasons.
  • Family/individual 4-H enrollment is available at ANY time.
  • With leader approval, members may add project study at any time.
  • Fairs/Contests may have project enrollment/management deadline critera to compete.
