VLT
Level 1
Covers the roles and responsibilities of WSU and
WSU 4-H volunteers. This session also introduces the 4-H
philosophy of hands-on-learning of life skills through project
study or 4-H activities. VLT also provides an opportunity
for Li-Adams WSU Extension Staff to meet and begin to know
the volunteers that will be working directly with our area
youth.
VLT
Level 2
Continues
to explore the "Life Skills" model. Attendees
participate in fun, interactive examples of teaching activities
that can be incorporated into club, after school, or camp
settings. Volunteers receive information on current recourses
available to assist with teaching and program roles. |
