Series of four monthly workshops for livestock producers who want to direct market meat

| When: | Monthly, November 1, 2012 through February 5, 2013 |
| Where: | Various eastern Washington locations (see schedule below) |
| Objective: | This workshop series is designed for livestock producers who want to direct market meat. During the series, participants will be asked to complete a checklist of risks inherent in the direct market meat business and develop strategies to manage the risks that they deem most important. This checklist will serve as a risk management plan as they go forward in their direct market meat businesses. |

Registration: Registration is for the entire series. Registration for individual workshops is not available because each workshop builds on prior workshops
Earlybird Registration: $85 per person if received by October 12, 2012
Regular Registration: $110 per person if recieved by October 29, 2012
